About Shatari Ayurvedic Medicine for Lactation
Shatari is a potent Ayurvedic medicine for lactation. It helps nursing mothers enhance the quality and quantity of milk. Sandu Shatari contains Yasthimadhu, which synergies the mother’s milk with Shatavari to enhance milk supply and ensure adequate lactation. It also helps with the recovery of new mothers from post-delivery weakness and fatigue. Shatavarin, which is the main constituent of Shatavari increases prolactin level and helps strengthen the muscles of the mammary gland. This in turn helps with increase in galactogenesis (the process through which milk is produced from the mammary glands) as well as galactokineses (Actual milk ejection).
