Directions: Add 3g (one and a half teaspoonfuls) Ayush Kwath in 150 ml boiling hot water and stir well, then filter the mixture. Single dose of Ayush Kwath for a person is ready for drinking. You may add Jaggery (gud), Draksha (manuka) or fresh Lemon juice as per your taste.
