What are some ayurvedic tips to manage hyperacidity?

“Acidity increases in your body when your pitta dosha is aggravated. To keep it in check:
1. Avoid excessively salty, oily, sour and spicy foods as well as stress.
2. Avoid lying down immediately after food in a supine position.
3. Eat your food at proper times and avoid large gaps between meals.
4. Take adequate sleep & rest.
5. Consume a decoction of coriander seeds (Dhanya) and water twice a day.
6. Consume light food which is easy to digest, coconut water and food which has cooling properties. “
