Dr. Krishna B Deshpande, is an Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Deshpande is a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) by profession. He is also a member (fellowship) of the American Board of Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons and Surgical Association of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery. Dr. Deshpande has over 45 years of expertise in the medical field and is currently attached with hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

Dr. Madan Kapre is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S), a Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (D.L.O) as well as Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons (FRCS). Dr. Kapre has over 40 years of experience in the medical field and has held several panel positions in India, UK as well as Saudi Arabia. Currently, Dr. Kapre is also a director at Neeti Clinics Private Limited, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

He is also a Special invitee to the sub-committee on Research and Industry of the steering committee of AYUSH of the 12th five year plan, Planning Commission of Government of India.
