Shri. Shashank B. Sandu is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He possesses a Masters degree in Commerce and Marketing. He has wide experience in areas of Marketing, International Marketing & Finance. He is an international speaker in different countries on Ayurveda & the Herbal Sector, Member of AYUSH advisory panel of Pharmexcil, Treasurer of Ayurvedic Drugs Manufacturers Association. He is also a Special invitee to the sub-committee on Research and Industry of the steering committee of AYUSH of the 12th five year plan, Planning Commission of Government of India.

Shri Umesh B Sandu is Managing Director of the Company. He is a Commerce and Law Graduate from Mumbai University and also qualified Company Secretary from ICSI. He is associated with the Ayurvedic Industry for the last more than 25 years, he has hands on knowledge and experience in the areas of Ayurvedic Extraction, formulations and manufacturing sales, marketing and distribution, accounts, finance and taxation, legal, overall general administration.
