Shri Bhaskar G Sandu is a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company. He is a commerce graduate and has a vast experience in Ayurvedic extractions, formulations, manufacturing and finance. He possesses more than 50 years of working experience in the Ayurveda industry.

Shri Dilip R Salgaoncar, is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified engineer B.E. (Chem). He has experience in the field of accounting, finance as well as trading. He is the Managing Director of Geno Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, Indo Swiss Jewels Limited and Geno Sports Club.
DR. KRISHNA B DESHPANDE
Dr. Krishna B Deshpande, is an Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Deshpande is a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) by profession. He is also a member (fellowship) of the American Board of Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons and Surgical Association of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery. Dr. Deshpande has over 45 years of expertise in the medical field and is currently attached with hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

Dr Shubhada P Sandu is a Non-Executive Director and Women Director of the Company. She is practising Ayurvedic Doctor and has obtained B.A.M.S degree from the University of Mumbai. She has vast and rich experience in Ayurvedic Practises, Ayurvedic formulation and manufacturing.
